Website Use
Use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Information on this site is general and is not legal advice. Do not send confidential information through the contact form or by text message until an attorney-client relationship has been established in writing.
SMS Text Messaging Terms
Program Description
When you opt in to text messages from Matthew Thomas Law, PLLC, you may receive SMS messages related to your inquiry or legal matter, including appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, case updates, document requests, billing notifications, and responses to questions you send us. We do not send promotional or bulk marketing messages.
Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in the same way you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, with frequency that varies based on your matter. If you have questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
